Managing Stress and Time focuses on concrete tools and techniques that can be used to decrease overwhelm and over-commitment. Self-care, scheduling, distraction, calendar control, and reining in the overuse of devices are just some of the topics covered. This is a two-hour workshop that can be conducted with any size group. Minimum attendance is 16.
